We’re a local BBQ team with a national fire—the crew behind the smoke that turns heads and wins hardware. What started as a passion for real barbecue has grown into a competition-tested operation built on award-winning slow-smoked meats and scratch-made sides. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just skill, patience, and a whole lot of time spent tending fires.
Our team competes in BBQ competitions sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society, traveling across the United States to go up against the best in the business. We also throw down in Steak Cookoff Association events, where precision, timing, and flavor separate the contenders from the champions—and we’re proud to say we’re headed to the World Championship Steak Cookoff in 2026.
Competition BBQ is a whole other level. It’s early mornings, late nights, dialed-in recipes, and relentless attention to detail. Every box we turn in, every steak we sear, and every bite we serve is a reflection of the standards we live by.
